3$ can at vintage. Many cans in this sixpack with different labels. Light haze on an otherwise clear pale beer with a big foaming head that fades to a few bubbles after a minute. Nose is crisp friendly citrus. First big swig makes me want to think bitter wheat ale but it immediately morphs into an overwhelming citrus impact. Mostly grapefruit but some other reticulata or mangshanensi maybe even some japonica; who knows? The middle reveals a little more freshness and manners. Getting over the wheat ale bitterness, it fades into the sunset. In the end I simply found it to be a refreshing alternative, nearly shandy but never forgets it is an ale.

Hazy yellow with a small white head. Yeasty, citric and sweet. Medium finish and body.
