Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head head. Banana, marzipan and some citrus up front. Mid sweet with light body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Light flavoured - only slight yeast induced flavours of banana and cloves, some doughy malt. Low bitterness. On the lightest side of hefeweizens.

Bottled (from Bier Zwerg). Hazy yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, some toffee, mild sour wooden notes as well as some mild spices and citrus. Flavour is citrus, wheat, mild toffee, some slight spices and a bunch of yeastiness to go along with it as well.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Wheaty, slightly fruity aroma, hints of banana, apple, a cautious touch of clove and yeast spiciness. Taste is minimally sweet wheat malty, a touch of banana and clove, some lemon also; late some yeast spiciness. Slightly light bodied, slightly watery.

Bottle looks very simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, modest sweet. Fine fruity notes of apricot. Finish milder, a bit washy. Okay.

--> 10/12/9/10

Overall pretty mild in the typical hefe spice notes. Not really memorable at all.

Mild hefiger Beginn. 11/7/10/6/8/7
