This is a semi-sweet traditional mead. We use a late harvested wildflower honey which results in a delightfully different flavor profile than traditionally harvested honeys. This mead is very smooth and rich with a long but subdued honey finish. Not as sweet as our other traditional meads, but certainly as finely crafted.

Dark gold with a trace soapy white head. Tangy and sweet with tannin, an herbal note and faint band aid. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
