Bottle 568ml.Alc. 4.0% Clear light yellow orange color almosy white, with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple peel, flowers - elderflower. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is lively - soft. Bottle 56,8 cl. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Tart fruity nose. Medium body, some citric acid but not really much apples - or elderflowers for that matter. Ends tart on top of plenty of sugars. 230110
