Cask at York Tap. Pours hazy light gold with a few bubbles. Light "whisky" aroma. Med body. Flavor is subtly sweet apple with mild whisky notes. There’s enough non-cider flavor to make this enjoyably drinkable for those of us who have difficulty appreciating plain cider. There doesn’t seem to be enough oak to make it astringent. However, it drinks far too easily.

Bottled@Cosmic Comic Cafe, Turku (bottle is 4.0 %, says "gold" and description says "lightly sparkling"). Pale golden colour, no head. Aroma is mild apples and some slight whiskysweetness. Flavour is quite bigtime whisky, vanilla, apples and some some slight vinegary notes. Rather complex for being only 4 % ABV.. Brilliantly beautiful flavour.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, whisky ala a Canadan Dry (ginger beer) with whisky, (give me good thoughts since in the old days a did drink a lot of Canadan Dry with whisky in the summer at the patio ;O)). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, light whisky but w/o alcohol. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100205]
