Bottled. A golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and elderflowers, leading to a bitter finish. The mouthfeel is smooth.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a dense white head. Fresh, citrusy nose. Light-bodied, lots of fruit and distinct citrusy hops. Lightly hoppy finish. Mallinsons doesnโt seem to be afraid of hops. 210110

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange to yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100121]
