Bottle 568ml.Clear sparkling, with medium to medium dark yellow color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard and wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle 56,8 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Tart, fresh apple aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet apple accents yet with a rather astringent edge combined with a rather distinct metalic touch. Decent though. 160110
