Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm
Hazy blond color. Very nice spicy aroma, cloves, citrus, light sage, banana. The body is quite weak, the flavor is definitively light, there is a semi-sweet malt touch and banana. After the aroma, I expected more.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 26 Oct 2008) Cloudy golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of banana, peaches and wheat-flour dough. Fruity taste with banana, plums, peaches and a sweet wheat character with a spicy touch. Short, but fresh, sweet-and-sour finish. Nice hefeweizen with lots of German style characteristics, possibly a touch too sweet. In short: sweet and peachy wheat.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of citrus, as well as medium notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with strong ntoes of wheat, which carries on all the way to the dry finish.

355ml Bottle (Poseidon, Helsinki) . Golden in colour with not much of a haze compared to what I am used to for this style. Banana and some bready notes in the aroma. Banana and a slight spicy hint in the taste which is also fairly dry. Not a bad beer and quite refereshing but not a good representation of the style in my opinion.

Bottled (bottled on 25.04.07, Angleterre Wheat beer weeks)
Hazy orange color, good white head. Ryeish hoppy nose. Grassy hoppy flavor. Low-carbonation. Wheaty and fruity backbone. I expected a bit more from Left Hand.

Bottle. Dingy golden body with a little bit of a head. Aromas of sweet bread dough and honey with a touch of grass. Flavors are grainy and sweet with a slighty dusty note. Honey flavors drive the aftertaste and then give way to grass. Decent enough, but just plain boring.
