A combination of Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add refreshing Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst.

Clear and golden with a frothy/creamy white head and some lemon biscuits and maybe a touch of honey on the nose. Creamy and smooth, citrus bitterness and floral hops dance on top of a sweet biscuit malt backbone, finishes dry and bitter.

Cask at Sun Inn, Stafford. Pours bright yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Floral hops in the nose plus hints of wheat. Mouthfeel is sharp and citrus led with grapefruti to the fore. Some floral hops and pine as well. Finish is dry and better and verging towards yucky citrus. Certainly drinkable – apart from the finish.

Bottle from Wine Rack. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of citrus and floral. Taste is a lots more citrusy with grapefruit and a lemon pithy bitterness on the grassy finish. Medium body with a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Fresh and hoppy summer beer.

Bottle bought at Pro Deo - many thanks, Nathalie! Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of mandarin, apple, pear, yeast, breadcrust, herbs. Taste has sweetish apple & pear, bit sour citrus, yeasty, malty backbone. Grassy hoppy finish, yeasty & dry, a tad metallic. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Thirst quencher, nothing more.
