Bottle at Black Heath, pours a hazy dark red with a tiny head. Aroma brings out dry, lightly tart cherries and subdued honey. Flavour reveals a wonderful cherry character, with light tartness, plenty of cherry skins, and some subdued honey. Wonderful use of the cherries. Very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear ruby with no head. The aroma is cherry skin, oak, honey. Thin body, sweet cherry, light tartness. honey, boozy, very good.
