A funky Wild IPA that's fermented on strawberries, a wild yeast strain, and a heavy wheat grain bill. Since the beer fermented with the strawberries the strawberry flavor is uniquely subtle. We then hopped it with Kohatu and Denali. And dosed it with a touch of lactose.
