Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of nougat as well as light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, a weird nougat note, and very light notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly alcoholic finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of Michael Breum. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a small rough off-white head. Distinct aroma of soft nougat and nuts. Light-bodied, very dry with distinct nougat accents and a dry finish. Very unique and different - but never cloying. 310808

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a bubbly white head. Artificial nougat aroma with a note towards dry chocolate note. Flavour is essence nougat with a mild sweetness. Smooth yet also strange and flat. Why?

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear golden, minimal head - looks dull. Evident nougat aroma. Sweet with clean hard mouthfeel. Artificial flavour of nougat and vegetables. Some bitter almond in an empty finish.
