Red Branch will be our "malty" beer for the next month or two... but we dry-hopped it at the same rate as our Cheater Hops series. The lead hop is Denali, which we used previously in 8980 Rt. 108. It provides a juicy pineapple aroma, which goes from fresh to grilled thanks to the caramel and dark malts. Citra reinforces the fruitiness, especially when the beer is cold. The mostly-German specialty malts provide a range from caramel, to bready, to milk chocolate.

The name was inspired by the road that encircles our office park... Red Branch Road.

More like a pale ale both in appearance and flavour than a red ale, but that's usually a good thing. Pours hazy yellow with good head and lacing. Some fresh orange. Light green onion. Tap at brewery.
