We took our Simcoe-Citra-Mosaic IPA (Cheater Hops #7) and infused it with Spanish cedar spirals! It's a really interesting wood, best known as a common material for cigar humidors. It really amplifies the grapefruit notes of the base beer, along with adding spicy sandalwood flavors that linger long into the finish.
