Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, rice, and wheat? The flavor is sweet with notes of rice and lighter notes of malt and citrus, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 5.0%. Weak vinous aroma. The flavour is slightly sweet with a hint of butter and sweet, spicy hop. Fruit aftertaste, like sweet apple or something.

Bottle (the COOP version, thanx to Quack-Duck !) Grainy, slightly sourish nose, pale golden, no head to speak of; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, crisp MF, light bodied; delicate bitter-sweet finish with an even more delicate fruity aftertaste. Nothing unpleasant detectable, but a real thin fizz......

bottle, bought at Coop labelled Birra di Riso Ticinese. Clear golden colour, small head. Well-balanced brew, malty, slightly hoppy with slight hints of rice. Dry finish. The rice is not as obvious in the flavour as expected.
