1900 is a subtle beer as full of aromas. Soft on the palate, pale and thin bubble, surprised by the amount of nuances housing. The nose dominated by fresh fruit that comes from the fermentation at high temperature.

(Sample #8 [bottled] at the first Biertest-Online Gathering, Düsseldorf, 29.12.06) Clear, pale golden colour with a foamy white head. Moderately sweet, slightly bready, cookie-like aroma with notes of citrus and a herbal touch. Sweetish, slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Malty, slightly bready and moderately fruity taste, slim, slightly bitter finish with a whiff of herbal hops.

Säuerliche Geruchsnote. Etwas zitroniger Antrunk, danach eher süßlich. Trotz des geringen Alkoholgehalts schmeckt es alkoholisch, leider ist der Abgang von einem metallernen Aroma geprägt. Test vom 30.12.2006, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 8,9,9,6,8,8 - 8,00

330ml bottle. Fresh malty aroma with citrus notes. Moderate to thin white foam over a bright golden body. Citric flavour with a short bitter aftertaste. Slightly metallic impression. I would rather label the beer a standard pale lager and not a pale ale (Thanks to Eva for bringing the bottle back from Barcelona.)

Pale blond color, poor head. Simple; dry taste, strong bitterness. Refreshing, but they still have to convince me that it’s a Pale Ale…

Blonde, light hops of the herbal nature. It's true, Bov is still not named Jesus.

Golden coloured. Sweet and fruity. One dimensional. I wonder what 'pale ale' means in Spanish?
