Robust and dark with Belgian yeast and spices, our Belgian Stout creates chocolatey, roasty intrigue, like that mysterious stranger who meets all your taste buds’ desires. When developing this black-as-night beer, we thought about the great times we have on our Nights Out—camping, skiing, or just touring the town on bikes.

Brewer’s Secret: an assertive yeast balanced out by seductive roasted malt.

Can at Copper Onion: pours black with beige head. Aroma is dark fruit and lots of chocolate. Taste is somewhat bitter, relatively sweet. Pleasant beer.

Black pour with a lingering tan head. It smells of dark roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor is on the sweet side with chocolate, roast malt, and Belgian yeast esters. Smooth.
