This amber lager had ginger, cinnamon,
nutmeg, cloves, and sweet orange peel added to the fermenter to give a warm aroma reminiscent of cookies and a familiar holiday spice flavor. Generous amounts of caramel malt was used to enhance the sweetness and better balance the spices while also creating a red hue.
