Tap at the tasting room. Pours hazy gold. Very nice tart apple aroma, light funk, earth. Flavor is soapy water, earth, wood, apple. Very nice.

Bottle from Beer Run. Clear pale yellow, thin fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of apple skins, dry apple, pear, vanilla, pepper. The taste is pepper, dry apples, pear. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry.
