A questa miscela complessa di malti si uniscono favolose spezie che le conferiscono morbidezza e freschezza: il coriandolo, le scorze di arancio amare e due piccoli segreti del mastro birraio.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Genova. Slightly unclear paaaleeee yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, dusty and mild spicy nose. Light yeasty, mild spicy, fruity and wheaty with dryish spicy finish. Heavy carbonation.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity spicy wheaty citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy coriander citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy citrus finish.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma had coriander and fruit. Flavor had soap, coriander, wheat and fruit. Not my thing.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of perfumy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and fruit, leading to a dry finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and yeasty to phenolic. Orange to citrusy too. Soapy, spiced and wheaty. Rather dry and phenolic. Spiced and orange fruity. Light bodied.

pale hazy yellow, smooth white head. citrussy and wheaty aroma, not strong, rather delicate wheaty, also a dry champaigne like note. flavor is wheaty, flowery and fruity sweet, mix of citrus and banana.

Bottle 75 cl. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. First a rotten, stale smell which fortunately disappears quickly to be relieved by coriander and yeast. Light almost watery body, a little fruit and quite some phenols. Ends dry and heavily carbonated. 171210

Draught @ Hop, Viale Regina Margherita, Milano, Italy.Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, apricot, citrus, black peppry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, black peppery notes. chiara schiuma non abondante la persistenza non è lunga il naso è speziato agrumato nn molto intenso in bocca molto piacevole fresca leggermente acidula speziata scorza d’arancia lieve zenzero un finale leggermente pepato-erbaceo
