Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, alcohol - phenol notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Hazy amber clor. Light vegetables aroma, caramel. Medium body, some caramel flavor, a bit fruity; correct bitterness. Balanced but not exciting.

Orange-amber beer with a small, resistant amberish head. Fresh, very "beery" nose (indicating a very good balance malt/hops/alcohol and some oxydation, usually). Ends on a nuts/malts aroma, like nutbread. Very nice hoppy & cake flavours. Again - a beer like beer should be, like many German Landbiere. Medium bodied, quite slick, well-carbonated. This is one of those beers making you rethink on beer. The reaction is nearly automatic: "Next one - same, please!". Mille grazie, Davide & Monica!
