A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of roasted dark malt, chocolate, coffee. Taste of roasted dark malt, chocolate, nuts, vanilla.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di liquirizia, caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano note di miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca e agrumi.

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma cappuccino grana medio/fine persistente, colore marrone inteso/nero, al naso prevalgono le note di tostato/affumicato poi caffè cacao liquirizia, in bocca malto tostato/affumicato caffè liquirizia leggero frutta rossa, corpo medio, watery, carbonazione leggera, amaro moderato. Manca un po' di pienezza e di carattere. Nel complesso una buona birra. c. Festa Arti e Mestieri Maccagno 18.09.21

Somehwat hazy muddy looking porter. But here at Lambiczoon i don’t expect they mis-served it. Tastes good, but the body is amateur-esque in this pour.

Bottle. Nice lightly sweet porter. Vanilla, dry, roasty. Bit fruity. Good.

Draught at Pazzeria Italian Brewery (Mong Kok), Kowloon - Hong Kong, on October 7, 2017.Black color, tan head. Chocolate, roasted scent. Malty, sweet, chocolate taste. Bitter, cacao, chocolate aftertaste. Smooth full mouthfeel, low bitterness. Very nice!9/4/9/4/18=4.4

Had this months ago, thanks daniele! Dark brown, nice foamy head that stays, beautiful lacing. Aroma has some nice roast, soft. taste is also roasty, thick, chocolate and cocoa. Slightly sour alcohol feel to it, although it has only 6,2 abv. Nice.

Dark brown hazy color. I summary, Uber umami. A touch salty, rich, chocolately with mushrooms, truffles and great depth in the mouth. Very different beer. Super rich that would go awesome with a mushroom pizza. In fact, I am having vegetarian pizza loaded with mushrooms and it matches perfectly. Excellent.
