For this limited release DIPA, we collaborated with our friends from Ocelot Brewing Company! Heavy additions of El Dorado, Amarillo, and Topaz make up the hop bill. The resulting beer will pour a hazy yellow color crowned by a big white head. Aromas and flavors of lychee fruit, spice and a touch of grass come in waves with every sip.
