Does anyone remember Conference Room #11? It was a mildly hopped wheat beer we brewed back in March 2019. We dosed one keg of it with our house Saison/Brett culture and then promptly forgot about it. It's now dry, moderately leathery, and a lot more fun!

Mostly clear gold body large foamy white head. Spicy herbal aroma. Spicy herbal perfumy flavor. Medium body moderate carbonation. 7/3/7/3/15 3.5
