En mørk kraftig ale med tilpas bitterhed.
En fyldig smag af den mørkristede malt, som vil gå godt til lam, vildt og en bred variation af kraftige oste.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a thin lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of nuts, caramel, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and roasted malt, as well as some wood, and caramel, leading to a very dry roasted finish.

Bottle, 5.6%. Quite roasted aroma, hint of coffee. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour is roasted and slightly sweet. Also has a little paper, but not so much. Finishes a bit grainy.
