Med fire forskellige typer humle, bliver ens smagsløg virkelig udfordret! Høj bitterhed på grund af den store mængde humle, som er karakteristisk for IPA. Velegnet til det salte køkken.
Gerne til en klassisk modnet sild.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and straw. The flavor is sweet, citrusy, and a bit of malt - lacks hops for an IPA, leading to a dry elderflowery finish.

Bottle, 6.5%. Yeasty and grapefruity aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK hoppy, more grapefruit. Also some yeast, I could have done without it, but it is tolerable. Late cleansing bitterness, slightly rough, but clean.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a rich yellowish head. Sweet hoppy nose with quite some astringency. Medium body, a little caramel and fruit but dominated by the astringent hoppiness. Yeasty and phenollic. 030110
