Growler 200cl. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, overriped fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Growler @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours dark unclear golden with a small white head. Nose is sweet candy, yeast and exotic fruit. A bit of sweet alcohol and some fresh fruity hops. Full palate. Dry end. Quite nice.

Handbottle from growler, courtesy of FPUK. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, light spiced and vague phenolic-plastic like note. Spiced and dark caramel malt flavoured. Sweet malt and mild dry to bitter spiced touch. Roasted and caramelish finish with a mild spice note. Lingering roasted finish.

Clear amber with a tiny off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with toasted malt, caramel, ripe fruits and hops. Flavour had toasted malt, caramel, overripe fruits and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Draft at the brewery. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel and medium notes of candy sugar, yeast, esters, caramel, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. Nice.

Growler, 7.5%. Mild spicy coriander aroma. Hazy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is OK spicy. Has a distinct bitterness, a bit rough. The hoppiness gets a little sour towards the finish.

Growler 200 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze with a smallish off-white head. Very, very fruity nose - unusually pleasant. Solid body, again pleasant exotic fruits, a little spice with a warming alcohol and a decent hopping. Well crafted - as usual from Vejle. 200210
