In terms of lager production, Jailbreak has been obsessed with the exploration of both classic styles and classic production methods, largely focusing on continental European styles. For the next entry in the Logger series, we turned to Mexico for inspiration. Our Mexican lager takes cues from modern Mexican pale lager, but we’ve haven’t added things like lime. Expect a drying, clean, and biscuity malt presence with just enough hop character to provide a proper balance of flavor.
