At the OGB, our brewers are always looking to new and different ingredients to expand our understanding of historic styles. Such is the case with this Spiced Stout - a huge focus is placed on dried ginger and cinnamon, which explode in the aroma. The sip is balanced with sweet, caramel malts, light roast, and a full mouthfeel. Adding spices to stouts is an idea as old as stouts themselves - this is our latest contribution to that custom.
