Dry Cider
Pressed from a blend of Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, York, and Ida Red apples from Virginia. Fermented with our house culture. The result is tart and snappy, with a bright apple-forward aroma followed by some earthiness.
Cheers,
Mike & Scott

Bottle shared by Levi, thanks! Pours a near clear dull yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has slightly tart and dry apple with a touch of sweetness underlying. Flavor has dry apple with a slight tartness and a bit of sweet apple backing.
