We started with our Coop grist loaded up with spelt, wheat, malted oats & flaked oats, lending full body and soft texture to this hazy double IPA. Next, we double dry hopped it with El Dorado, Mandarina Bavaria, and experimental HBC 586 hops, bringing aromas of sweet pineapple upside-down cake, orange creamsicle, and candied peaches.
