We fermented this imperial stout with 1/3 Cabernet and Merlot red wine grapes. That rich jaminess comes through against the background of chocolate from the roasted barley. Port-like sweetness enhanced by a full body from oats.

Dark black body small foamy light brown head. Chocolate fruity aroma. Chocolate roast fruit toffee flavor. Medium full body moderate carbonation. 8/5/8/4/16 4.1
