Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig, grasig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig, leicht süß alkoholisch.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly syrupy malty aroma with notes of biscuits and caramel. Sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Delicately toasted malty and biscuity taste with notes of caramel; sweet malty, mildly bitter hoppy and warming finish. Im Antrunk ist neben der Grundherbe ein süßliches Malzaroma präsent, das im Mittelteil heller wird. Die Süße bleibt, das Bier wird würziger und ist für einen Bock mild und daher auch überdurchschnittlich süffig, das Malz bleibt führend. Etwas klebriger Abgang. 11/11/10/10/7/10

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, breadish and slight caramelish. Sweet caramelish, roasted, breadish and distinct bitter counterbalance. Ends medium dry, quite malty and slight bitter.

bottle. Clear amber coliur, large and creamy off-white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty basew ith a caramelly character and hints of dried fruit. Very nice.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head and lacings. Nose is grassy and grainy. Sweet malty with some perfume and plastic.
