For this Cellared Selection we combined our Hand to the Plow Saison with Sauvignon Blanc grapes and rested the pair in French Oak Pinot Grigio barrels for 7 months, to bring you a golden, mixed fermentation ale bursting the refreshing aroma of citrus and gooseberries, with a touch of farmhouse funk and a hint of pear and pineapple. The pleasant tartness brings balance to the oak tannins lending an extra layer of complexity to an ale that elicits memories of family drives through the country to enjoy the fall foliage.
