Wheat'd Helles Lager
While we brewed this lager with German Pilsner malt and German hops, it is not a traditional German-inspired Helles. We added wheat malt for a rounder malt flavor. The hopping is restrained, but we selected Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon for a brighter aroma to compliment the clean fermentation. Traditionally brewed, but not traditional!

Light hazy gold body small foamy white head. Sulfur bready aroma. Spicy bready flavor. Medium light body moderate carbonation. 6/3/6/3/13 3.1
