IPA with Hibiscus and Spanish Cedar Added
Like most of our IPAs this one has a vibrant hop flavor with citrus, mango, and berry... but unlike the rest it has a vibrant color! Hibiscus flowers provide their intense pigmentation along with refreshing cranberry and floral aromatics. Aging on Spanish cedar wood plays a supporting role with zesty grapefruit and sandalwood aromatics dancing behind the SImcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops. A vibrant beer to enlighten those gray days.

Hazy pink body small foamy off white head. Fruity floral aroma. Fruity berry floral flavor. Medium body moderate carbonation. 7/2/7/3/14 3.3
