Triple IPA TDH with Citra® Cryo®, Mosaic® Cryo, and Simcoe® Cryo
We combined our three favorite American hops (Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic) for this Triple IPA! The dry hopping rate is a relatively “restrained” 5.5 lbs/bbl… but that is 100% double-concentrated Cryo hops! A unique yeast strain provides an underlying citrusy flavor, reminding us of fruity breakfast cereal or hard candies. The blend of mango, melon, and berry aromatics from the hops dominate the nose.
