IPA DDH with Strata™ and Hydra™
We've taken to calling Hydra "American Galaxy" thanks to its intense passionfruit and bubblegum notes. Our friend calls Strata the "good" Citra, with even more dank-citrus aromatics. Given Galaxy-Citra is one of our favorite hop combos we wanted to see how these two varieties would mesh! The result is everything we wanted with a blend of hop aromatics ranging from tropical to grapefruit to herbaceous.

Hazy gold body medium foamy white head. Citrus fruity catty aroma. Catty orange citrus flavor. Medium body moderate carbonation. 8/2/8/4/15 3.7
