Occasionally, a beer comes along that seems to have done all the work for us. That perfect serendipitous combination of wood, natural microfauna and time has accomplished precisely what was needed to conjure this wild ale. Extended aging in Sauvignon Blanc barrels brings dry French Oak tannins balanced by bright white wine-like aromas of sweet clementines and fresh peaches to this blonde ale. Moderate acidity and an exceedingly dry finish are coupled with soft natural carbonation from bottle conditioning.
