UnWINEd with this one of a kind treat. Cabernet Sauvignon wine base was added to the fermenter and then a gluten free grain base consisting of both rice and millet was brewed up and mixed to create a Beer/Wine Hybrid. Lightly hopped with German Huell Melon to help accentuate the flavor complexity. A specific strain of yeast was brought in to further accentuate the red wine character. And we also added in some Chocolate Millet to compliment the Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics.
