We aged our margarita-inspired Mexican-style Lager, Manorita, in Tequila barrels lending soft oak and vanilla notes to this salted lime lager, then we punched up the lime expression with additions of fresh lime zest and fresh lime juice to brighten the aroma and bring balance to the second iteration of this popular Cellared Selection. The result is an incredibly drinkable and refreshing lager with a uniquely complex aroma profile, offering toasted malt and oak barrel characters, balanced by tart limes and a touch of minerality.
