Our annual Barleywine cuvée is back! This year, we took the boozy and complex Particle Horizon and aged it in Bourbon, Rum, and American Cognac barrels. The result is a rich caramel malt base that bolsters deep oak barrel char and punchy sweet notes from the rum and cognac. Dark fruit abound, the jammy quality of the spirits and malt base melds with the barrel char and booze to provide one of our most unique beers to-date!
