Ever had Ambrosia Salad? It's sort of a trifle with maraschino cherries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, coconut and clouds of marshmallow and cream cheese. We took all over those ingredients (including vegan marshmallows and cream cheese) into a keg of DIPA to create this decadent holiday beer!

Hazy orange body small foamy white head. Big fruity berry orange aroma. Big coconut cherry orange flavor. Medium body moderate carbonation. 8/2/9/4/17 4.0
