Dark muddy brown body and huge beige head. Spicy barley aroma, closer to a stout than an amber. Taste is all spicy barley with an alcoholic but slightly watery finish. Nothing exciting, but reliable.

Bottled. An unclear dark red beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, fruit, and yeast, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Beautiful red-amber color; thick head. It has a delicate aroma of lightly roasted malt, nutty. Medium body structure, with a good mix of flavors: malt, caramel, light roasted malt and some sweetness. Good and balanced. Quite original.
