(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a huge and beige foamy head. Sweet and yeasty, slightly toasted malty and wheaty aroma with a sour-fruity note of citrus and red berries, also a touch of banana and bubblegum. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, medium to full bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with a distinctive nutty touch, combined with moderately acidic fruity notes; sweet and sourish wheaty finale; well-hidden alcohol. A tasty and rounded Weizenbock. 13.XII.09
