Sehr milder Weizenbock. Vielen Dank an wastl! 5/10/9/10/10/10

Bottle, 7.2%. Sweet aroma, fruity with some malt syrup. Cloudy dark amber colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour is quite sweet with some carbonation flavour. A little tartness and old rough malt in the finish. Very yeasty finish also.

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge cream colored head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and some bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and some spices, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Hmm - boring. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy amber with a lively and frothy off-white head. Tart, fruity nose. Medium body, dry fruity, yeasty with a heavy carbonation. Slightly astringent finish with some alcohol. Doesn’t appear completely fresh. 110110

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, cloudy, clumps of yeast visible, medium-sized creamy beige head; sharp sourish and clovey nose, yeast, wheat and caramel underneath; solid sweet-sourish flavour, medium- bodied, a bit fizzy; wheaty, sweet-sourish finish with a yeasty and caramelly touch. Not bad, but a bit unbalanced........
