I am very much in favour of 5% lambic. So much character without too much boost. Decent funk here, some citric edge, balanced acidity, a little pale woody dryness. Active, massaging carb. Clean, tidy finish. Refreshing. Excellent.

Excellent. Good depth. Nice musty old wood, a little dried lemon, cobwebs, salt. Moderate acidity. Semi-dry finish. Highly drinkable.

An orange coloured and quite murky beer, a head is very small and blond. Aroma has green apples, sourness, barn yard, some grapes. Taste has grapes, sourness, light barn yard. Medium bodied. Great beer, so nicely balanced.

Bottle from 3F webshop. Slightly hazy dark golden to light amber with small white head. Deep funk, oak, leather, soft lemon, peach. This is a bit more on the old side, and also a little bit more sour maybe. Nice.

375ml @ Alex's deck after gazebo assembling part #2.
Aroma: funky, sweet ish, a bit oxidized.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: feels more like oxidized than usual, still pleasant enough.
37,5cl bottle from Färm organic shop.
F: medium, white, average retention.
C: deep gold with orange hue, hazy.
A: light sour fruity, bit cellar, bit brett, orange, bit old sour yoghurt, 3F funky, nice honey, old lemon, green kiwi.
T: light sour fruity, light puckering, bit green berries, green apples, honey touch, cellar, brett, woody, bread, touch of yoghurt, very dry on the palate, funky, medium carbonation, very refreshing with honey twist and great for the style, fully enjoyed.

Sour and a bit sweet, citrus, cloves, a bit spicy. Very nice.

0.75l bottle, courtesy of.... I actually have no clue who shared it at the Hrvatsko Homebrew Prvenstvo, but thanks a ton! Hazy orange-golden body, off-white head. Orange notes, spices and brett in the attractive aroma. Smooth, floral, citric - orange taste, touch of paint, brett, bit acetic, low bitterness. Complex and lovely!

Pours a bit unclear , blonde. Medium sized , stable white head. Scent is barnyard and clear funk, elegant citrus and freshness. Relatively much wood as well. A typical aroma for the modern 3F .
Taste is full, rhubarb-like acidity, even a touch fruity (obviously no rubarb in here) Citrussy, fairly dry, some tannins even. Woody. Vibrant, mild barnyard. High CO2. Decent, pretty unique to the rhubarb like character (never really had that in an unfruited lambic before).
