Bottle at Nya Tröls, Malmö
Dark amber color, mahogany; small head with big bubbles, like a cask ale. The mild spicy aroma (cinnamon?) reminds me a chicken curry, this is not positive; light roasted nuts too. Good body strength, some residual sweetness; caramel flavor and some chocolate; there is again a light cinnamon presence, and very light coffee. It’s surely good compared to the anonymus Julöl that appear in Sweden this time of the year, but not special.
