Smoldering Phoenix is a smoked Helles that the ladies of Vasen brewed for our annual Pink Boots Society Collaboration. Led by our female brewer, Hollis, this brew turned out just right!

This smoked Helles is the perfect balance between shortbread malty sweetness and mild floral hop bitterness finished with just the right amount of smokey character. An approachable smoked beer for the uninitiated, as well as those looking for a challenge to what a session-able lager can be.
