Bottle as Ebeltoft American Brown Ale @ DØE tasting. Pours hazy burnt orange with a huge offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, light grapefruit. Flavor is malt, little caramel, grass, litttle citrus, grapefruit. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. 161013

Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium to dark red amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, nutty, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dishcloth, rubber, phenoel, licorice acidic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100107]

Cloudy amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma wtih roasted malt, caramel and toffee notes. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel, mild chocolate and hoppy hints. Finished somewhat bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted breadish. Smooth roasted toffee malty to breadish flavoured. Lingering roasted and light fruity into the finish. Lingering roasted into the far finish.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of toffee, malt, nuts, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of dusty hops, lots of spices - cardemomme, and some caramel, leading to a very dry spicy finish.
